Work out the concentration of a reconstituted vial, plan aliquots to avoid repeated freeze–thaw, and convert between mass and volume for a working dilution. Everything updates as you type.
This is concentration arithmetic for laboratory handling. It does not recommend quantities and it is not guidance for human use — Mr. Peps supplies for laboratory and research purposes only.
Let the vial reach room temperature before opening. Solvent hitting cold lyophilised powder is the most common cause of a cloudy reconstitution.
Angle the vial and run the solvent down the glass. A jet fired straight into the powder shears the peptide.
Roll it gently between your fingers. Shaking denatures peptides and foams the solution; foam is lost material.
Some peptides take several minutes to go fully into solution. Leave it before deciding something is wrong.
Every freeze–thaw cycle costs you peptide. Split the vial while it's fresh and thaw each aliquot once.
Mr. Peps supplies research-grade peptides for in vitro and laboratory research. Not for human consumption. Not therapeutic. Not for diagnostic use. Compliance with applicable local research and import regulations is the customer's responsibility.
