What is CJC-1295 (no DAC)?
CJC-1295 without DAC is a modified 29 amino-acid analogue of growth hormone releasing hormone (GHRH 1-29).
What it's studied for
Four amino-acid substitutions give the fragment far greater stability than native GHRH while keeping the short half-life profile — the 'no DAC' distinction. It is the standard GHRH-side comparator in somatotropic-axis research, most often studied alongside a ghrelin-receptor agonist.
