What is Ipamorelin?
Ipamorelin is a synthetic pentapeptide and a selective agonist at the growth hormone secretagogue receptor.
What it's studied for
Its research value is its selectivity: unlike earlier secretagogues, ipamorelin shows minimal effect on cortisol and prolactin in published animal work, which makes it a cleaner tool for isolating GHS-R signalling. It is the GHRP-side counterpart to a GHRH analogue in most paired study designs.
