Copper peptide complex · 50mg vial
Also known as: Copper tripeptide-1, glycyl-L-histidyl-L-lysine copper(II)
Supplied for laboratory and research purposes only. Not for human consumption. Storage: 2 to 8°C after reconstitution; ambient until opened.
GHK-Cu is a naturally occurring copper-binding tripeptide (glycyl-L-histidyl-L-lysine) complexed with copper(II).
GHK-Cu has an unusually deep literature for a three amino-acid peptide, largely in dermal and extracellular-matrix research: collagen and glycosaminoglycan synthesis in fibroblast culture, copper transport, and gene-expression profiling studies. It is the peptide behind a large share of copper-peptide cosmetic science.
Supplied lyophilised as the copper complex (characteristic blue). Reconstitute with bacteriostatic water for laboratory use; store at 2-8°C, protected from light.
Work out the concentration for a given solvent volume, or read the full reconstitution guide.
Independently HPLC tested (99.5%). Certificate of Analysis available on request where one is on file for the lot. Supplied for laboratory and research purposes only. Not for human consumption, not for therapeutic or diagnostic use.
